Requirements for Poster Presentations
The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (view sample image below).
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors' names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.
The text and illustrations should be bold and large enough to read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
Please check the Congress Final Program for the poster board number assigned to you. Posters should be mounted from Friday, May 14th between 07:30-08:00 and removed by Sunday, May 16, 2010 at 13:00.
Tacks and technical equipment for the hanging of posters will be available, as well as assistance to help you mount your poster in the poster presentation area.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
