* Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration form must be accompanied by documentation of residency or a letter from the head of department confirming their status. The letter should be on the department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.
Registration fees include: Participation in Sscientific sessions, congress bag, program and abstract book, all printed material of the Congress, invitation to the get-together reception, coffee breaks, lunch on Friday and Saturday.
Payment

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents and/or loss of and/or damages to private property of participants either during or directly arising from the 2nd World Congress on Controversies in Obesity, Diabetes and Hypertension. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Postmarked before August 23, 2008 – full refund less €50 handling fee.
Postmarked from August 24, 2008 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after September 23, 2008. |
