Requirements for Poster Presentations
 
The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (view sample image).
 
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors’ names and affiliations as stated in the submitted abstract.
The text and illustrations should be bold, and large enough to read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
 
Please refer to the Congress Final Program for the poster board number assigned to you, as well as your date of presentation.
 
Posters will presented on one of the two Congress days. Please mount your poster on your allocated day between 07:30 to 08:30. Please check the Final Program for your board number and/or any other changes.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
